NEW AND REVISED TARIFF CHARGES FOR THE GREEN AND ELIZABETH HARVIE FIELD 2020/2021

Effective 1^st January 2020

Events Day use
£500 with a £500 holding deposit for any damage

Fete/Fairs/Day use fee for charitable use may be waived but subject to application for use and approval with full details of Charity. This will not apply to any ticketed event.

Activity Classes: *

1 session – £15.00
4 sessions – £50.00

Football

Season Licence: 1 day’s use per weekend

A – SIDE £240
JUNIOR – £120

*These charges apply to any activities that make a charge for their services when using the Green. Non-chargeable activities will not be subject to a charge but will still be required to apply for approval for use.

Applications must be made in writing 1 month in advance of any requested use to Bearsted Parish Council. If approval is granted payment of the charge must be paid 14 days in advance of the event.

It is the responsibility of all users to make sure that all rubbish is removed.

All insurances must supplied and up to date at time of use.

Licences may be required to be applied for which will be the responsibility of the event organiser and is subject to Maidstone Borough Council licensing rules.

By laws of the Green are in place and are available on the noticeboard at the Green which include rules in respect of alcohol and fireworks. These by laws should be adhered at all times.
