Annual Parish Meeting

The Annual Parish Meeting (APM) is an annual event which reflects on the last 12 months within the Parish. The purpose of an annual meeting is to discuss and address various matters related to the community, such as local issues, projects, and activities.
The council invites residents, local businesses, organisations, and groups to interact and meet local Parish Councillors. It’s an opportunity to meet people, ask questions and find out more information.
It is less formal than a full council meeting and light refreshments are provided.
During the APM we present the Mynn awards where we celebrate the residents of Bearsted.
