Christmas Market on The Green
Bearsted Parish Council would like to express our thanks to all of the residents and visitors who supported the Christmas market yesterday and to Vanessa and her team of volunteers for all of their hard work making it happen. We know it was cold and very muddy but you turned out in your hundreds and we really hope you had an enjoyable afternoon, despite the rain and the mud.
We did consider cancelling the event but this would have been a disappointment to both residents and stall holders alike.
We appreciate that the Green has suffered some damage but we will get this repaired as soon as possible for all to enjoy once again.
